We’re proud to announce that PCX is coming to Las Vegas. Plans are being made as we speak, and all details will be final by April 2024. Las Vegas Prom Committees, get ready for a new era in Prom planning and organization, with our PCX program of Seminars, Vendor Show floor and take-home “loot bags”.

SEMINARS
OUR PROM PLANNING SEMINARS WILL TAKE PLACE AS FOLLOWS
Each Seminar will be approx 30-40 minutes in length, with a short time afterwards for Q&A.
12:00pm – ORGANIZATION | Organizing Your Prom Committee and Sub-Committees, dealing with Decor & Invitations, dealing with Venues, and more
2:00pm – ENTERTAINMENT | Entertainment & Production: dealing with DJs, Photobooths, Photographers, Videographers, etc
4:00pm – FUNDRAISING | How to take non-ticket revenue to the next level, and offset a significant part of your schools Prom expenses
